In February 2026, the Elm Grove Woman’s Club brought the community together through What a Wonderful Grove — a week-long celebration of kindness inspired by the idea that small acts can create lasting impact.

From February 14–20, residents, schools, and local organizations participated in random acts of kindness, from simple gestures to meaningful giving. Each act shared with EGWC was honored with a commemorative heart placed on the clubhouse grounds, creating a visible “grove” that reflected the spirit of the community.

The initiative concluded with a sold-out brunch celebration, where neighbors gathered to reflect on a week of positivity and connection. Through this effort, EGWC demonstrated how even the smallest acts of kindness can ripple outward — strengthening community and inspiring others to do the same.
