In Spring 2026, the Elm Grove Woman’s Club proudly recognized the everyday heroes of the Elm Grove Police Department during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week and National Police Week. EGWC honored emergency dispatchers — the calm voices behind every 911 call — and the officers who protect and serve the community each day with deliveries of food, treats, and heartfelt appreciation.

These moments of gratitude reflected EGWC’s mission to strengthen community through service, connection, and recognition of those who quietly make a difference. In one of Wisconsin’s safest villages, EGWC reminded local first responders that their dedication does not go unnoticed.
