When signing up, whether online or by mailing your reservation to the Club, you will need to choose from each of the four categories. If paying by check, use the printable form provided below. Do not send your check with just a note attached, please.

Make an online donation to this month's WOMEN TO WOMEN beneficiary: Meta House (includes a small online processing fee). Started in 1963 to help women overcome substance use disorder. In 1988 they created the first residential treatment program in Wisconsin for women and the children. It continues to grow and has expanded to provide job training and outpatient treatment. You may also make a cash or check donation during the meeting. Thank you for your support!
